Slideshow Image Preparation

After each field trip, you will receive an email with a “Call for Images.” This message will state how many images are desired and provide instructions on where to email them.

• It is NOT necessary to resize your image unless you need to meet your email limitations.

• Save as a JPEG to a folder of your choice or to your Desktop using Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.

• Files should be renamed as follows:
  01John Doe through 99John Doe
  (the 2-digit number is a sequence number for the images you submit).

You will receive an email to acknowledge receipt of your images.
