The refuge is free and open to the public sunrise to sunset 365 days a year. Photo opportunities include bison, elk, deer, longhorns, prairie dogs and birds.
Lodging is available in Lawton and Medicine Park. There may still be openings on the bugling elk bus tour and you can call this number for reservations: 580-429-2197
