Agreement of Waiver of Liability

I acknowledge that there are risks involved in participating in field trips, events, or activities of the Heard Nature Photographers Club, and I accept full responsibility for any injury or accident to myself.

I hereby waive any and all claims against the Heard Nature Photographers Club, its officers, agents, speakers, and instructors for any accident or injury (or any other damages of any kind) that I may sustain when participating in any Heard Nature Photographers Club activities, including traveling to and from an event related to such activities.

I am voluntarily participating in Club activities entirely at my own risk and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Heard Nature Photographers Club, its officers, agents, speakers, and instructors, including, without limitation, the payment of reasonable attorney fees, for any claim that I may bring against such persons or entities.

I acknowledge that the Heard Nature Photographers Club utilizes electronic communication of member information in addition to website and newsletter display of qualifying members’ images.

I hereby provide my consent for the Heard Nature Photographers Club to share my email information electronically with club members via email. I further consent to all reasonable uses of any image I enter in any Heard Nature Photographers Club competition, exhibit, slideshow, or otherwise provide to the Heard Nature Photographers Club in any manner, including without limitation the posting of the image on the club’s website, the display of the image at club meetings, parties or activities, and the inclusion of the image(s) in club newsletters.

I am 18 years of age or older.
